Our History

In 1989 Mike Arias formed the original predecessor firm Arias & Henderson. In 1992, Mark Ozzello joined Arias and the name was changed to Arias & Ozzello.  In 2001 J. Paul Gignac joined Arias and Ozzello and the firm of Arias Ozzello & Gignac, LLP was formed.

Since 2001 the firm has experienced significant growth. Arias Ozzello & Gignac now has offices in Los Angeles and Santa Barbara, California and Houston, Texas.

The attorneys of Arias Ozzello & Gignac possess over 175 years of combined legal experience. The firm’s attorneys are admitted to practice before state and federal courts in California, New York, New Jersey, Virginia and Washington, D.C. The firm has a nationwide practice and handles complex litigation matters ranging from class actions and mass tort matters to commercial matters, major personal injury matters and  defective pharmaceuticals and medical devices. The firm also represents a broad range of commercial clients in a variety of transactional and general business advisory matters.

Arias Ozzello & Gignac is also extremely committed to the community. The firm’s attorneys contribute a significant amount of pro bono time to community amd non-profit organizations and activities.
