  Mike Arias is the senior and managing partner of the firm. He handles matters throughout the United States. Mr. Arias has litigated and tried matters from New York to Texas to California, in both state and federal court. • Mark A. Ozzello

  

  In addition to handling many of the firm's litigation matters, Mark Ozzello manages the business-transactions department of the firm. He serves as corporate counsel for many of the firm's business clients and has successfully represented many of these clients in litigation matters. Although his litigation practice is diversified, Mr. Ozzello primarily handles the firm’s employment-related matters and complex business cases.  (READ MORE)

• J. Paul Gignac

  

  J. Paul Gignac (pronounced jah-nack), the partner-in-charge of the firm’s Santa Barbara office, specializes in the prosecution of class and representative actions in both state and federal courts throughout the country.   • Arnold C. Wang

    

    Arnold C. Wang, a partner of the firm, primarily practices civil litigation in the areas of toxic tort, consumer rights and major personal injury. He is also experienced in appellate matters and all forms of alternative dispute resolution.   Samantha Smith, an associate at the firm, prosecutes individual and class actions in state and federal court, primarily in the area of consumer protection. Before joining Arias, Ozzello & Gignac, Ms. Smith was an associate at Robbins, Geller, Rudman & Dowd, LLP where she spent several years prosecuting class actions in the areas of consumer protection, antitrust and securities. • Mark Didak
  

  

  Mark Didak is Of Counsel to the firm. His practice includes a wide variety of state and federal civil cases at the trial and appellate court levels, and primarily focuses on insurance coverage and bad faith matters, consumer class actions, and legal malpractice litigation on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. During his nearly three decades of practice, Mr. Didak has obtained millions of dollars in settlements on behalf of individual and business policyholders, and represented insurers as coverage or defense counsel on more than one billion dollars worth of claims, including very large exposure claims of $800 million, $400 million and $220 million.
