• Mark A. Ozzello

  

  In addition to handling many of the firm's litigation matters, Mark Ozzello manages the business-transactions department of the firm. He serves as corporate counsel for many of the firm's business clients and has successfully represented many of these clients in litigation matters. Paul Gignac (pronounced jah-nack), the partner-in-charge of the firm’s Santa Barbara office, specializes in the prosecution of class and representative actions in both state and federal courts throughout the country.
