McKoy v. Ameripride Guard Services

In a published decision, the Los Angeles County Superior Court granted the motion for class certification. This class action was filed on behalf of current and former security guard employees assigned to work 24-hour shifts while stationed in trailers at construction sites without overtime compensation or proper meal or rest breaks.
