Meco, et al. v. International Medical Research, Inc. dba Botaniclab, et al.

Los Angeles Superior Court (Class Action) filed seeking reimbursement and restitution on behalf of thousands of rheumatoid arthritis and prostate cancer patients who purchased and consumed adulterated herbal supplements (nutraceuticals) manufactured and distributed by the defendants.  Obtained settlement in excess of several millions of dollars.

Esco Mex Video Productions, et al. v. Filmservice Laboratories, Inc.

Los Angeles County Superior Court filed on behalf of Defendant improperly performed services in the post-production work performed on a feature film and subsequently attempted to gain ownership of the film elements. Obtained a verdict of $955,000. Defendants appealed but subsequently settled.

Doe Development Owners

United States District Court filed on behalf of owners of commercial development  damaged by various defendants' failure to comply with the terms of multiple agreements and subsequent representations. Obtained a confidential settlement in excess of $4,500,000.

Gateway State Bank v. Scapinito

Defendants fraudulently conveyed real property which was secured by a first deed of trust held by plaintiff bank. Obtained a judgment in excess of $2,500,000.

Manavi v. Sabet

Investors brought claims against developer for fraud and breach of contract with respect to a real estate development. Obtained a verdict in excess of $900,000.

Banayan v. Shenassa

Investors brought claims against developer for fraud and breach of contract with respect to a single family development. Obtained a verdict in excess of $650,000.

Thompson v. Viva America

Defendants misrepresented the composition and contents of various vitamins and supplements to hundreds of purchasers. Plaintiffs alleged that Defendants failed to disclose important facts regarding the vitamins and, as such, defrauded the consumers. The parties agreed to settle with total value to class members in excess of $3,200,000 and injunctive relief for Plaintiffs.
