Doe Plaintiffs v. Doe Property Management Company
Defendants, as owners and managers of a large apartment complex, failed to maintain properly the premises and failed to provide habitable residence to their tenants. As a result of Defendants’ wrongful conduct, toxic mold exists throughout the apartment complex. As such, the tenants suffered from a variety of illnesses and incurred significant property damages. After intense litigation, this matter was settled in the amount of $1,480,000.00 in compensation for Plaintiffs.
