Class action on behalf of physically disabled Los Angeles residents, seeking the installation of “curb cuts” at sidewalk corners to make the city’s sidewalks accessible to all of its residents. The class plaintiff is physically disabled and brought the case after being forced drive her wheelchair down a busy thoroughfare on a daily basis because she could not access the sidewalk and after repeatedly asking the city to install a curb cut only to be rebuffed and told to “get in line.”
