Rolando J. Gutierrez
Mr. Gutierrez handles matters involving personal injury, medical malpractice, wage & hour individual and class action claims, and consumer class action litigation. In addition, Mr. Gutierrez represents several businesses against employment discrimination and wage & hour claims. Mr. Gutierrez’s prior experience also includes criminal and workers’ compensation defense.
Mr. Gutierrez received his Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern Law School located in Los Angeles, California. During his tenure at Southwestern, Mr. Gutierrez served as an executive board member for the Latino Law Student Association, and competed in the annual National Latino Law Student Association Moot Court Competition hosted by DePaul University, School of Law. Mr. Gutierrez was also the honorary recipient of the CALI “Excellence for the Future Award,” which is awarded to the student who receives the highest grade in any given law school course.
Mr. Gutierrez received his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from California State University, Fullerton, with a minor in Political Science.
Mr. Gutierrez is licensed to practice law in the State of California, and before the United States Central District Court of California.
Mr. Gutierrez is fluent in Spanish.
