Rolando Gutierrez
Rolando Gutierrez, an Associate, handles cases involving personal injury, medical malpractice, wage & hour individual and class action claims, and consumer class action litigation. Before being admitted to the California State Bar, Mr. Gutierrez joined the firm in 2010 as a law clerk, assisting attorneys in legal research, discovery, and law and motion practice.
Mr. Gutierrez’s experience in the legal profession dates back to 2002, having worked for several law firms as both a paralegal and a law clerk. This has provided him with extensive experience in the fields of workers’ compensation defense, personal injury, medical malpractice, and criminal defense.
Mr. Gutierrez received his Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern Law School located in Los Angeles, California. During his tenure at Southwestern, Mr. Gutierrez served as an executive board member for the Latino Law Student Association, and competed in the annual National Latino Law Student Association Moot Court Competition hosted by DePaul University, School of Law. Mr. Gutierrez was also the honorary recipient of the CALI Award for Academic Excellence in Drafting Business Contracts.
Mr. Gutierrez received his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from California State University, Fullerton, with a minor in Political Science.
Mr. Gutierrez is licensed to practice law in the State of California, and before the United States Central District Court of California.
Mr. Gutierrez is fluent in Spanish.
