Robert Dye, of counsel, has an exceptional record of providing legal advice and counseling management in wide variety of fields. Mr. Dye specializes in providing legal advice in matters related to business, labor and employment relations, alternative dispute resolution, arbitration, wrongful discharge, discrimination, performance appraisal, contracts and relationship management. In addition, Mr. Dye also designs and presents training programs on sexual harassment, workplace violence and wage and hour compliance along with providing review and “best-practices" development of employment-related policies and procedures.
Born and raised in Northern California, Mr. Dye received both a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the California State University at Hayward. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law, where he was a member of the Traynor Honor Society and was elected to the Order of the Coif.
Prior to joining Arias, Ozzello and Gignac, Mr. Dye was an associate at Morgan, Lewis and Bockius and a Partner at Epstein Becker & Green, specializing in employment litigation and labor relations management.
Mr. Dye is admitted to practice law in both state and federal courts in California, the Federal District Court of Arizona, the District of Columbia Circuit Courts of Appeals and before the United States Supreme Court.
