Kahterine Donoven, Of Counsel, handles class actions and general civil litigation. Ms. Donoven is an experienced prosecutor and appellate practioner.

Ms. Donoven was born in Santa Maria, California, but raised in northern California. She graduated cum laude from the University of Arkansas Fayetteville with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. 

Ms. Donoven prosecuted felonies and misdemeanors for the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office in Little Rock, Arkansas.  Subsequently, as Assistant Attorney General in the Criminal Appeals division of the Arkansas Attorney General’s Office, she argued cases before the Arkansas Court of Appeals and Supreme Court.  Ms. Donoven then moved on to manage the Prison Litigation Section where she defended the Arkansas Department of Correction in state and federal court against civil rights claims.  She was a certified law enforcement instructor at the Arkansas Parole and Probation Academy and an adjunct professor for Pulaski Technical College’s paralegal program. 

Ms. Donoven is an active member of her community, volunteering her time with her church’s local homeless assistance effort and the Vandenberg Spouse’s Club. She is admitted to practice in California, Arkansas, the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Donoven is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
