Helen Kim, an Associate, prosecutes individual and class actions in state and federal court, primarily in the areas of consumer rights, telecommunications and the internet.

She also handles appellate matters. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kim prosecuted class actions in the areas of consumer rights, securities, and employment.

Ms. Kim received a Juris Doctor degree with a concentration in civil litigation from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she was an editor of the Hastings Business Law Journal. A member of Phi Beta Kappa and a Gates Millennium Scholar, Ms. Kim received a Bachelor of Arts degree with distinction in Communication from Stanford University, where she served as news editor of The Stanford Daily.

Ms. Kim is admitted to practice law in both state and federal courts in California.

Ms. Kim is fluent in Korean.
