Arnold C. Wang, a Partner, primarily practices civil litigation in the areas of toxic tort, consumer rights and major personal injury. He is also experienced in appellate matters and all forms of alternative dispute resolution. He is also knowledgeable in the formation and operation of business entities, and he has provided consultation to businesses on various legal issues.

Mr. Wang has prosecuted several class action cases against cemeteries around Southern California for various wrongful conducts.  These class action lawsuits resulted in at least 23 million dollars in benefit to class members.  He has also litigated groundwater contamination cases that resulted in settlements in excess of 2.7 million dollars.  In addition, Mr. Wang has litigated against landlords and management companies for uninhabitable conditions in apartment units, and these cases reached settlements of more than 1.7 million dollars.

Mr. Wang has extensive experience in litigating and settling personal injury cases, including those involving auto accidents and slip-and-fall accidents.  He has successfully resolved numerous personal injury cases through mediation and negotiation by obtaining monetary compensation to clients.

Mr. Wang has helped clients set up their businesses, including providing advice on choice of entity and assisting with filings with the government.  He has also provided legal advice to numerous corporations and companies and has assisted them in complying with corporate formalities.

Mr. Wang has authored a number of appellate briefs.  He has argued in the Court of Appeal on numerous occasions.

Mr. Wang was born in Taipei, Taiwan, Republic of China and was raised in the Los Angeles area. He graduated cum laude from UCLA, receiving Bachelor of Arts degrees in both East Asian Studies and Economics. He received his Juris Doctor degree and a certificate in dispute resolution from Pepperdine University - School of Law.

Mr. Wang is admitted to practice law in both state and federal courts in California. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Southern California Chinese Lawyers' Association and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. He is also very active in the community.
